For Families Attending Our $15 Family Portraits Events:

- Strictly one booking per family in a six month period

- Your $15 sitting fee is non refundable

- Each person so can only appear in one studio session so please bring extended family members with you. Do not book extra sessions for extended family.

- Your photoshoot must include a child under the age of 18 years

- By attending your shoot, you agree to allow your photographer to take family portraits, sibling portraits and individual portraits of your children.

- The free digital image can only be chosen, by you, at the prearranged viewing day. If you fail to attend the viewing, your free digital image is null and void.

- You are responsible for your child/children at all times during your photoshoot. Please ensure that they are under control and comply with the instructions of the photographer at all times - our equipment is expensive and any damage is your responsibility to pay for if caused by a member of your family.

For Organisations Hosting $15 Pop-Up Portraits

- Once your shoot is confirmed, a $250 cancellation fee is applicable for all cancelled shoots, including those that fail to fit our minimum numbers (25 families).

- You must actively promote your Pop-Up Portraits Event both within your centre/group and to the wider community

- You will receive $15 for every family that attends your shoot

- You will receive 10% of sales made at your viewing day (excluding Afterpay & Zip payments)
