Who can host a fundraising event?

The short answer is ANYONE!

Schools - Kindys - Childcare Centres - Youth Groups - Sports Groups - Community Groups - Playcentres - Church Groups

Private individuals (weddings, camp, jamboree etc)

How do I host a Fundraiser?

- Confirm a date for your shoot with the Pop-Up team

- Promote the event to your community

- Families book in online in advance

- On the day of your shoot our team will set up the Pop-Up studio within your venue and take all the portraits

- Within a week of the event families view, download and order online

What do families pay and what do they get?

Familes can choose from our two affordable booking options:

$20 family portrait session - includes the sitting and one digital image of their choice. Additional digital images and prints are available to purchase after the event with prices ranging from $49 to $239)

Pre-Pay $99 package- includes the sitting plus 15-20 digital images - This is our best value deal and is reflected by it's popularity. 

How many families can attend?

We can accomodate anywhere from 20 to 40 families in single day of shooting depending on whether you book a half or full day fundraising event with us!

What do we get for hosting?

You get 10% of the booking fees plus 10% of all post-shoot extra sales. The more families who book in and purchase the extras, the more $$ you will make.

How do I book?

As you can imagine, our fundraising events fill up quickly, especially for popular holidays like Mother's Day and in the run up to Christmas. So contact us now to book your prefered date.

Why do I need to pay a hosting deposit?

With limited dates available, our Pop-Up Portraits Fundraisers are in high demand. We ask for a $200 deposit to be paid at time of booking to secure your event date. This is refunded after the event, subject to our terms & conditions.
