Annual Photos FAQs

Here are some of the questions we get asked most regularly about annual class photos. If your question isn't answered here, please contact us.

Q – My child/children had their annual class photos taken –what happens next?
A – Your school/kindy/daycare will provide you with your unique log in details which can be entered here. You will be able to view all of the images taken and place your order. If you need help with ordering online, please click here for further instructions. 

Q – What’s included in the $75 bundle deal?
A – The $75 bundle includes one 8x10” individual photo, 1 multisheet  which contains one 5x7” photo, three 6x4” photos, one 3x5” photo, one 8x10” class photo and all the digital files taken of your. Please note that the class photo is not included as a digital image.

Q – What’s included in the $60 bundle deal?
A – This bundle is designed for siblings. The $60 bundle includes one 8x10” photo, 1 multisheet  which contains one 5x7” photo, three 6x4” photos, one 3x5” photo, and all the digital files taken of your child. Please note that no class photos are included in this package.

Q - Are sibling photos included with my child's individual photos?
A - No they are not. You will have been provided with seperate log in details for each series of photos. We cannot combine sibling and individual photos in our bundle deals or digital images.

Q – When will I receive my photos and where shall I collect them?
A – After the cut off date for your centre, photos will be printed and sent to your centre around 2-3 weeks later. The centre will then either send them home with your child or request for you to collect them. Please contact your centre in the first instance. If you have ordered online and paid for home delivery, they will be sent to the address you provided at the time of ordering via courier.

Q - How will I receive my digital images?
A - If you have placed your order online, you will receive your digital images via a link in an email a few minutes after placing your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Alternatively call our office on 0800 522 565 and we will resend the link for you

Q – My annual class photo order isn’t correct – what should I do?
A – Please call us on 0800 522 565 where we will be able to help you.

Q – I want Jack’n’Jill to take our annual class photos, how do I organise this?
A – If you are a parent, please let your school, kindy or childcare centre know that you would like Jack’n’Jill to take photos. If you are a staff member at the school, please call 0800 522 565 to make a booking.

Q – When will my card be charged for photos?
A – Card payments are taken immediately when placing your order online. Please ensure sufficient funds are available before making your purchase.

Q – Do you keep photos taken in previous years?
A – We archive all our photos and images for several years. To place an order from our archive, a $20 handling fee is required in addition to your order.
